The tragedy of current political and social communication today is the use of lying as a principal tactic. Politicians and media people, especially on the left, are found to unashamedly use it. Even after fact checks, they continue the lies and maintain their defense of them. Obamacare is the most flagrant example of lying enabling a policy to become a bill and then a law. The White House continues to stand with it, and the liberal media, which is the propaganda machine for this
Administration, refuses to budge in its defense, even when it daily proves to be a costly disaster for the American people; besides being a socialist control program destroying personal freedom.

But lying has progressively become the tactic of the day after some years of success in seducing the American public into accepting things it would never accept in years past. Abortion became law based on the lie of the woman who was the principal witness before the Supreme Court. She later recanted. Liberal politicians, assisted by Planned Parenthood and the rich and powerful abortion lobby, have lied to the American people into accepting the killing of babies as the American normal. From conception, every woman knows it is a baby, a human being groing in her womb; only lying to oneself can help her to abort a human life.

Homosexuality as an acceptable lifestyle is another moral outrage that has been promulgated by the lying left. Americans with any conscience know that homosexuality is a moral abberation, contrary to nature and destructive of the moral health of the nation. But lie to a people, with progressive media
propaganda bombarding the minds of people year after year, they begin to accept what they think is "the inevitable", and they increasingly deny what they know in their gut is not right, not morally right. Crossing the line on moral civility like this is launching the society into an attack on traditional moral values and violation of religious freedom as it forbids any opposition to this new immorality.


What  is amazing is, lying liberals have claimed their supreme virtue: tolerance! That implies, "Don't question my views, my ways and my actions!" It doesn't matter that their actions violate traditional values of the culture or threaten the moral convictions of the majority in the society. Thus, marriage should no longer be defined as between a man and a woman. The very President of the country can get up and claim that America is no longer a Christian country, but a Muslim, Jewish and Christian nation. "Atheist" will soon be added to the national character and identity of the nation. There are only about 10 million Muslims in America and much fewer claiming to be atheists. Just about any group can demand recognition under the lying umbrella of tolerance these days. The aim, to discredit and bring down the influence that Judeo-Christian values have had in shaping the moral, social and political life of America. More, there is open hostility and growing persecution of Christians in several areas of American life, orchestrated by this current Administration and a network of the media and radical organizations.

All this is an essential element in the strategy to establish a socialist state and destroy the America we have known, and lying is the principal tactic unashamedly accepted. It is employed even in the new federal educational policies and the rewriting of the history of America that has been brought into our schools. Can America ever recover from the unslaught of lying liberaism?

The Bible calls Satan "the Father of lies". The Antichrist end-time one-world leader will come with "all power and lying wonders. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God
shall send strong delusion, that they should believe a lie. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." (2Thessalonians 2:9-12) So many people are being deceived to throw off all standards of righteousness and God is sending "strong delusion, that they should believe a lie." Yes, Satan is training liers, and God is saying, "You want it, you've got it!"

Nine federal justices are not supreme, and were never meant to be, from the founding of this nation!

God alone is supreme, and His laws, written in nature and in His Word, the Bible, can not be violated!

The all-wise God and judge of the nations knew what is best for the health, peace and safety of the human race when He made man and woman, and unequivocally established marriage between a man and a woman. To upset that order brings grave consequences for the human race, and carries God's warning of His judgment.

Men, even those claiming legal authority in a nation, can not contradict God's order with impunity. From the founding of this nation, our government has recognized marriage as ordered by the Creator, to be between a man and a woman. The very nature and purpose of marriage demands it. In fact, most societies have acknowledged this and those cultures of past history that did not, collapsed, especially as license was given to homosexuality.

Secularism that rejects moral absolutes leads to moral chaos in any society. No matter how men and women organize and pressure a culture to upset that order of nature and nature's God, no government branch should speak or act against what God has established. The federal court's 5 to 4 decision last week could have gone the other way by one vote, respecting the traditional concept of marriage.

It is time for people with moral sense and convictions to vigorously support the states that maintain marriage as exclusively between a man and woman. Pennsylvania has been and needs to stay on solid moral ground, despite the federal court's recent decision. Thomas Jefferson wrote in 1820: “To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions (is) a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”

POPE'S ELECTION - COLOSSAL RELIGIOUS DECEPTION

   
There is no biblical or historical evidence to support the legitimacy of the claims surrounding the election of the new Roman Catholic pope as the "vicar of Christ" and the "successor of St. Peter". The world media and leaders celebrate the election of a new pope, ignorantly supporting the Catholic claims without question.

It is historically clear that there was no such thing as a Catholic Church with all the characteristics and doctrines of the Catholic Church today, until the 6th century.The roots were planted in the 4th century when Emperor Constantine professed to be a Christian and made a deal with the bishops of Rome to share power in a move to consolidate his power throughout the empire. When the Roman Empire fell in 478 A.D., the politically hungry clerics in Rome emerged claiming imperial power they declared was bestowed by Constantine. As years went on, they claimed the authority and jurisdiction they asserted was given to the apostles and by succession to them.

In the apostolic days, there is no evidence of a pope successor to Peter. There is no trace of a papacy in the New Testament. Not one word of Jesus gives Peter supremacy over the other apostles. Rather, Jesus forbade Peter and the apostles to have authority over the faithful as the kings of the Gentiles. (Luke 22:25-26)  St. Paul declared in Ephesians 2:20 that the Church is built on Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone. He alone is the rock in which Christian faith is anchored. If the papacy was of divine institution, Paul would have said something about it when he listed the offices of the Church of Jesus. (Ephesians 4:11)

There is no more than unsubstantiated legend that Peter was ever in Rome or crucified upside down. From the earliest times, however, the bishop of Rome tried to draw to himself power of jurisdiction over other parts of the Church of Jesus Christ. The learned Augustine, along with the other bishops of Africa at the time, threatened with excommunication those who would appeal to Rome. Despite the resistance to the Roman church's pursuit of universal government of the church, as the years went on, the powers of Rome claimed more and more authority and jurisdiction they asserted was given to the apostles and by succession to them. From the assistance of the King of the Franks in establishing the authority of the pope in Rome in 754 A.D. to the forged "Decretals of Isidore", (a collection of letters of 33 popes written to secure the power of the bishop of Rome), a century later, the temporal power of the Roman church was established. "The Decretals" were even incorporated into the canon law of the Roman Church until the Reformation. The Catholic Church later admitted they were forgeries. (See the Catholic Encyclopedia)

Thus, the corruption of political power and ambition, along with doctrinal contradictions to the Word of God grew to the point that those who did not agree with or opposed oppressive power and heretical teachings were themselves branded as heretics and persecuted for centuries. Thus, the apostate Catholic Church split in the 6th century from the core body of believers who held solely to the Bible and righteous living.

The true Christian Church that traces its roots to the apostles, and has suffered persecution and martyrdom under the Roman Empire and from the Roman Catholic Church, endures to this day as a faithful remnant by the grace of God. Jesus promised His Church that kind endurance "and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." (Matthew 16:18)

With political patronage and support, the Catholic Church has gained a legitimacy and power over the centuries as it has claimed to be the true Church of Jesus, and condescendingly calls the others "separated brethren."

One of the heroic Catholic bishops at the First Vatican Council in Rome in 1870 dared to boldly confront the assembled pope and bishops in opposition to papal infallibility. (There were many in opposition to it)   Josip Strossmayer summed-up his opposition with a powerful biblical and historical analysis of Catholic claims of papal supremacy. Though papal infallibility was defined, Strossmayer maintained his opposition to it long afterward, with other outstanding Catholic historians and leaders. It is worth noting Strossmayer's opposition with his following words:

     " 1. Jesus has given to His apostles the same power that he gave to St. Peter
      2. That the spostles never recognized in St. Peter the vicar of Jesus Christ and the infallible doctor
          of the church.
      3. That St. Peter never thought of being pope, and never acted as if he were pope.
      4. That the Councils of the first four centuries...only accorded to him (the bishop of Rome) a pre-
          eminence of honor, never of power or of jurisdiction.
      5. That the holy fathers in the famous passage , 'Thou art Peter, and on this rock I will build my 
          church,' never understood that the church was built on Peter (super Petrum) but on the rock
          (super petram), that is, on the confession of the faith of the apostle.

I (Strossmayer)conclude victoriously, with history, with reason, with logic, with good sense, and with a Christian conscience, that Jesus did not confer any supremacy on St. Peter and that the bishops of Rome did not become sovereigns of the church, but only by confiscating one by one all the rights of the episcopate."

Where does the phenomenon of the Catholic Church appear in Bible prophecy? Read Revelation, Chapters 17 and 18. God's Word speaks of terrible judgment to come down on that apostate body,  the Catholic Church, for shedding the blood of countless martyrs and deceiving the nations. Along with other major false religions, the final Antichrist one-world government will tolerate the Catholic Church and then be glad at its demise. Religious systems of the world are deciding their destinies as they submit to the global Antichrist economic and political system emerging on the horizon. The Vatican has taken the lead in embracing a network of world religions that support a global economic and political system. Religious and political Babylon are brokering positions of power on the world stage at this very hour.

Inaugural address: shameful rebellion against the Word of God

President Obama's inaugural address was morally a shame on the nation. To put his hand on the Bible with words,"So help me God", he blasphemed the name of God as he boldly declared his rebellion against the Word of God by promoting homosexuality. Such crass blasphemy before thousands as the head of this nation, is amazing arrogance this nation has never seen before. A nation that still professes the Bible is the Word of God needs to raise a voice of resistance by declaring unashamedly that homosexuality is still an abomination before a holy God.

There is a set of negative life experiences behind anyone murdering one person or 26 defenseless fellow human beings. The easy-fix response to tragedies such as the Newtown, Conn. tragedy is to say, “It's the guns!” Confiscate the automatics, then next year all the guns. That is the plan of those who want to control the population, in violation of the Second Amendment.

Look deeper at the problem of mass murder and dare to admit the corruption of minds, especially of our youth, for which the violent Hollywood movie and TV films are responsible. Add to all this garbage, the wicked music and violent rap “music”. Few want to deal with the big money machine that seduces people to become addicted to violent entertainment that has programmed certain ones to commit horrible murders.

Look deeper still to find the root causes of savage disrespect for human life in America: the murder of 1,500 babies every day that this government has legitimized and the greedy abortion industry has institutionalized. That gross disrespect for human life has invaded other areas of social life and has unleashed a spirit of murder in the nation..

But who will dare to acknowledge the influence of the demonic factor in what we call “senseless killing”? The more the people of this nation condone, support and refuse to face immorality, violent entertainment, and disrespect for human life without any fear of God, they welcome an increase of demonic powers to ravage this society. So, let's have enough sense, and require our government leaders to look deeper than the guns.
